Department Overseer
The Department Overseer is a member of the O5 council in charge of overseeing the department. They passively ensure the department's high and central command teams are working properly. The maximum number of individuals who can possess it is 1.

Diplomatic Ambassador
The Diplomatic Ambassador is the director of the department and is considered to be the Central Command position. They are responsible for departmental relations alongside the Diplomatic Ministers.

Diplomatic Minister
Diplomatic Ministers are members of the high command and hold the SC-3 rank. They are in charge of maintaining public outreach, coordinating external events, and managing the rest of the department.
